Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During promotional events or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

United States Standard: Delivery time is 5–10 working days.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered on eligible orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Urbanmowermarket is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
