By ordering a product with Urban Mowers you are accepting the following terms. These policies were established so that you do not have to guess at all our ways of refunding and returning goods. Such policies apply to the country (United States).

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

Our policy is a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days following delivery of your order to request a return. Your item should be in the same condition you got it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible to receive a return. Manufacturer-direct items are all final sales and do not take returns.

RETURN PROCESS

BROKEN and faulty products or problems.

When you receive your order, please check it and call us at once in case of a defect or damage to the item or if you get the wrong one so that we can assess the problem and repair it.

REFUNDS

 NO REFUND POLICY ON THE UNUSED DISCOUNT.
